Terms of Service
Last updated: July 8, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Myteamlet service at myteamlet.com (the “Service”), operated by Myteamlet (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Myteamlet provides an AI-assistant platform where you can configure AI “employees” that chat, manage knowledge, and — when you connect third-party accounts — perform actions on those services on your behalf.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Do not use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
- Use connected third-party services only in accordance with their terms.
Third-party integrations
When you connect a third-party service (such as Google Drive, email, e-commerce, or social accounts), you authorize Myteamlet to access and act on that service using the permissions you grant. You are responsible for your use of those services and for complying with their terms. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google’s terms and policies.
AI output
The Service uses AI models that can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unintended output, and can take actions on connected services when you direct it to. You are responsible for reviewing AI output and any actions before relying on them. Do not rely on the Service for professional (e.g. legal, financial, or medical) advice.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myteamlet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
