Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Myteamlet (“Myteamlet”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Myteamlet service at myteamlet.com (the “Service”), an AI-assistant platform that lets you run AI “employees” that can chat, manage knowledge, and — when you connect them — work with third-party services on your behalf.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. For organizations, your membership and role.
- Content you provide — messages, conversations, uploaded or pasted documents, “Brain” knowledge, power-ups, automations, and other content you create in the Service.
- Connected-service data — when you connect an integration (e.g. Google Drive, email, e-commerce, or social accounts), we access data from that service only as needed to perform the actions you request, using the permissions you grant.
- Technical data — basic operational logs needed to run and secure the Service.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- To generate AI responses and perform the tasks you or your AI employees initiate, including reading, creating, or updating content in services you have connected.
- To communicate with you about your account and the Service.
Google user data
If you connect Google Drive, you authorize Myteamlet to access your Google Drive using the scopes you approve, so your AI employees can list, read, create, and update files at your direction. We store the resulting access and refresh tokens (encrypted) so the connection keeps working, along with the connected account’s email address for display.
Myteamlet’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you request.
- We do not use Google Workspace or Drive data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
- We do not sell Google user data or transfer it for advertising purposes.
- File content is sent to our AI model providers only when a task you initiate requires it (for example, asking an employee to summarize a specific document), and is not used for any other purpose.
You can disconnect Google Drive at any time from the Connections page, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Service providers
We rely on third-party providers to operate the Service, and content you submit may be processed by them to deliver features you use:
- AI model providers (e.g. OpenAI and Anthropic) — process the prompts and content needed to generate AI responses.
- Integrations you connect (e.g. Google, Shopify, Etsy, Meta, Zoho) — used only for the connected features you enable.
- Hosting and infrastructure — to run the application and database.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Stored integration credentials are encrypted at rest and removed when you disconnect an integration.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and encryption of stored credentials at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and disconnect any integration, by using the Service or contacting us. We will respond to reasonable requests consistent with applicable law.
Children
The Service is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
